Hands down it's The Gracie Hunter Kazushi Sakuraba. Now a days if you were to ask any random MMA (UFC) fan their opinions on Sakuraba, they probably wouldn't know who you were talking about. It really is a crying shame that the only exposure this man will get is the odd time he is featured in The Best of Pride show on Spike. His combination of in-ring cleverness, skill, charisma and heart will forever remain unmatched. I'm not here to harp on his current condition or to comment on whether he should retire or not, I'm just here reminiscing, reminiscing on the glory days.
From his domination over four members of the Gracie family to his epic entrances or even his wars with Wanderlei, it's hard to pick your favourite Sakuraba moment. All I know is that he will forever be a continuing inspiration to me.
